BioAktive Reboots Online Strategy


In line with ongoing changes at the company, BioAktive Specialty Products, is relaunching its website, www.bio-aktive.com, and its online marketing program. BioAktive, a supplier of functional, plant-derived ingredients for use personal care and cosmetics, has been making changes internally including the development of new products and streamlining its portfolio of products to focus on newer, innovative, raw materials.

"Our goal with this "reboot" is to help focus our brand and identity and to focus on the core product portfolio we have been transitioning to over the past year and a half." say Robin Willmann of BioAktive. "Our new website is a stronger representation of our identity as a company and makes it clear who we are and what we do. Too many companies in our business cant articulate what they are about and what they do. This site keeps things simple and helps make it clear to customers, and to the market in general, what BioAktive is, plant derived, functional and innovative ingredients."

The new website has a cleaner and simpler design, paying special attention to user experience and ease of navigation, focusing only on the core portfolio of products. The site has a strong visual identity for BioAktive and in the company's products. The website also features "distributor access" for the company's distribution partners to access documents and marketing materials that they need.

The website will also play a role in online marketing, designed to generate leads, sign up subscribers, and encourage inquiries from visitors.

"This new site plays a central role in our marketing strategy." says Solomon Matzner of BioAktive. "We have a four pronged strategy. First we have made things easier and simpler for visitors to navigate. Second, our goal is to sign up subscribers to our CRM. Third is to generate leads from the website. Fourth is to conduct regular email campaigns from our own CRM of subscribers and through partners. This strategy has been quite successful and has brought new business for us and for our partners."

The relaunch of the BioAktive online strategy has been timed for mid October 2019, just a few weeks before InCosmetics Asia in Bangkok, an important industry event. The new visual design and style will be part of the presentation at the show at BioAktive's booth. the site is presently live and in Beta.
